Designed for carp anglers who regularly use spod rockets, the Nash Spot On Spod Station is a complete spod station that centralizes buckets, bait boxes and small accessories in one place. By raising your bait to working height, it reduces unnecessary movements, lowers fatigue and allows you to maintain a steady baiting rhythm throughout the session.
Thanks to its sturdy metal frame and four fixing points for storm spikes, the station fastens securely beside your peg, even on uneven banks. This provides a stable platform for your Nash rectangular buckets, bait boxes and all the tools essential for precise carp baiting.
Organization is at the heart of this concept: side tray for accessories, retention loops for rigs, hook for towel or air-dry bags, compartment for a match-style bait box… every detail is designed to save you time between spod casts and keep a clean, functional peg.
By gathering all your baiting gear in one place, this carp baiting station optimizes every cast. No more bending to reach a bucket on the ground or searching for scissors, soluble string or pop-up pots: everything stays organized and accessible with a single movement, for maximum efficiency.
The elevated position of buckets and the bait box significantly improves comfort, especially during long, intensive baiting phases. Less bending and twisting means less fatigue at the end of the day, and therefore more energy to fish effectively when the fish start to bite.
The Nash Spot On Spod Station also helps keep your peg clean and organized. Pre-baited rigs can be hung on the provided loops, towels and drying bags remain within reach on the lower hook, and your spod rods can be secured in compatible Butt Locks (available separately) so you can work confidently around the peg.
To get the most from your Nash spod station, start by choosing a flat or easily stabilizable position next to your rod pod or storm spikes. Screw the structure onto four 3/8 BSF threaded storm spikes, then plant them firmly in the ground to ensure a rigid, stable base.
Next, adjust the height so that your buckets and bait boxes sit naturally at waist level or slightly below. Place the most-used baits within immediate reach in the match-format bait box and on the side tray, and reserve the retention loops for pre-prepared rigs to save valuable time during sustained baiting phases.
Finally, hang a towel and your air-dry bait bags on the lower hook, and secure your spod rods in suitable Butt Locks if you use them. Storm spikes and Butt Locks are not supplied with the station: choose robust, quality models to fully benefit from the system's stability, even on uneven or loose banks.
Question 1: Is the Nash Spot On Spod Station compatible with all Nash buckets?
Answer: The station is designed to accommodate Nash rectangular buckets used for baiting. Depending on the bucket model chosen, capacity may vary, but the frame is built to hold them securely and conveniently at the peg.
Question 2: What do I need to add to use the station at the waterside?
Answer: The station is supplied without storm spikes or Butt Locks. Simply pair it with spikes with the compatible thread and, if desired, with appropriate Nash Butt Locks to ensure excellent stability and maximum safety for your baiting rods.
