The prices displayed on our website are indicated in Swiss francs CHF, as net amounts, including Swiss VAT, unless otherwise stated.
The prices displayed at the time of the order shall apply. GiantFish, a brand of GiantTrout Sàrl, nevertheless reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. Obvious pricing, display or input errors are not considered binding.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, Swiss VAT may, depending on the case, be deducted or may not be applicable. However, customs duties, import fees, local VAT or administrative fees charged by the carrier may be billed directly to the customer when the parcel is imported. These costs remain entirely at the customer’s expense.
Items covered by a warranty are subject to the conditions applicable at the time of purchase. The warranty starts on the delivery date of the item, justified by the invoice sent by e-mail. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, improper use, failure to follow the instructions for use, modification of the item, impact, accidental breakage or normal wear and tear.
Our offers are valid subject to product availability.
Our delivery commitment becomes void in the event of stock shortages, supplier failure or delays in supply from our own suppliers, insofar as such unavailability is not attributable to GiantFish, a brand of GiantTrout Sàrl.
In the event of total or partial unavailability of a product ordered, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, a replacement product, partial delivery, voucher or refund may be offered.
Payments are processed through the secure payment provider Payrexx.
Payrexx supports various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, TWINT, PayPal, PostFinance and, depending on availability, other solutions such as Coinbase Commerce.
The order is considered confirmed only after payment has been confirmed or after the proposed payment method has been accepted. GiantFish reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of non-payment, refused payment, suspected fraud or obvious error.
Available items are shipped by post or by a partner carrier within an indicative period of approximately 5 to 8 working days.
This delivery time is indicative and may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier or customs procedures. A contribution to shipping costs is charged only once per order, except in special cases or for special deliveries.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import fees, local VAT or administrative fees charged by the carrier may be billed directly to the recipient when the parcel is imported. These costs are not included in the shipping costs paid at the time of the order and remain the customer’s responsibility.
GiantFish does not deliver to P.O. boxes and does not sell or deliver goods to minors or persons under guardianship, unless written authorization is provided by a parent or legal representative.
GiantFish cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier, postal services, customs procedures, an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, absence at the time of delivery or any other circumstance beyond our control.
If a parcel is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address or because it was not collected, the costs related to a new shipment may be charged to the customer.
Items must be returned intact, complete, unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a delivery error attributable to GiantFish or unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, used, soiled or without their original packaging may be refused or may result in a deduction from the refunded amount.
Certain items cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene, safety, personalization or when they have been specially ordered for the customer.
Before any return, the customer is invited to contact GiantFish in order to receive the necessary instructions.
The customer is required to check the condition of the delivered goods immediately upon receipt, in particular to identify any visible defects, delivery errors or transport damage.
Any defect, damage or anomaly must be reported to GiantFish as soon as possible, with a description of the problem and, if possible, photographs.
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, GiantFish reserves the right to inspect the item concerned before any repair, replacement, refund or other solution is offered.
Damage resulting from improper use, poor maintenance, normal wear and tear, accident, impact, modification or non-compliant use is not covered by the warranty.
All personal data provided by the customer will be treated confidentially.
The information necessary for order processing, payment, delivery, after-sales service and customer relations is processed electronically.
This data may be transmitted to service providers or partners only when necessary for the execution of the order, in particular to payment providers, carriers, suppliers or technical service providers.
GiantFish undertakes not to sell its customers’ personal data to third parties.
