Prices
The prices in this catalog are listed in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT, and guaranteed.
Items with a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the delivery date, as evidenced by the invoice you receive by email. Not covered: damage caused by poor maintenance, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear and tear.
Availability
Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or delays by our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not the fault of GiantFish (GiantTrout Sàrl). In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment methods
Payment methods: we use a secure payment provider, Payrexx. This provider supports numerous payment methods such as VISA/Mastercard, TWINT, Paypal, Postfinance, and Coinbase Commerce.
Delivery and shipping
Available items are shipped by post within approximately 5 to 8 days. A shipping fee is charged only once per order.
GiantFish (GiantTrout Sàrl) does not deliver to P.O. boxes and does not deliver goods to minors or individuals under guardianship, unless with written consent from parents or guardian. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to postal errors or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns or exchanges
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging, within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Legal warranty
Please check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to exclude obvious material or manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. According to the law, you are required to report any defect so we can take corrective action.
Data protection
All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information necessary for order processing will be handled electronically and may be shared with partner companies as part of order fulfillment.
