The NASH Micro Boilie Needle is an essential accessory for carp anglers who work with delicate baits. Thanks to its particularly fine diameter, it easily pierces sweetcorn, mini boilies or other soft baits without cracking or exploding them. This specialised tool reduces bait loss and guarantees more natural presentations, which improves takes during technical and heavily pressured sessions.
Designed by the carp specialist brand Nash, this needle offers excellent grip. Its ergonomic handle with a soft-touch coating ensures optimal comfort even during long sessions at the water's edge, and allows precise handling of the tool even when fingers are cold or wet. The quality construction and neat finish make it a durable tool ready to accompany the angler for many seasons.
Versatile, the micro needle for fragile baits is suitable for classic hair rigs as well as for fitting more original baits. It fits perfectly into the range of line-rigging accessories and helps refine every detail of the presentation, whether fishing on the bank, stalking or casting long distances.
The main advantage of the Nash Micro Boilie Needle lies in its extreme thinness, which greatly reduces the risk of bait breakage. Where a standard needle might split a small boilie or weaken a grain of sweetcorn, this needle for fragile baits ensures a clean, centered and discreet piercing. Presentations remain neat and retain their attraction, which can make the difference with wary or overfished carp.
Its soft-touch handle is another major asset. It allows control of the tool even when fingers are wet and enables the correct pressure when penetrating the bait. For carp anglers who prepare many rigs, this ergonomics reduces fatigue and speeds up preparation. Combined with Nash's reliability, it makes this carp boilie needle a sound investment for modern fishing techniques.
To get the best from this fine baiting needle, position the bait accurately on axis before starting to pierce. Insert the needle gently avoiding jerky movements to preserve the bait's integrity as much as possible. Once the bait is pierced, hook the hair loop onto the needle, close if necessary with a suitable bait stop, then slide the bait into its final position.
After each session, rinse the needle with fresh water to remove bait residues and extend its lifespan. Store it in a box or dedicated pouch with your other carp rigging tools to protect the tip and keep it ready for use. Combined with well-tied rigs and quality baits, you optimise your chances of success on all types of waters.
Question 1 : Is this needle only suitable for boilies?

Question 2 : Is it suitable for beginners in carp fishing?
Answer: Yes, the Nash Micro Boilie Needle is perfectly suitable for beginners. Its ergonomic handle and fine diameter make it easy to use and allow quick, neat and effective rigs while learning the basics of hair rigging.
Question 3 : Can I use it for all my carp fishing?
Answer: This needle is ideal whenever you use sensitive or small baits. It can therefore be used in the majority of situations, in complement to other more robust boilie needles for very hard or bulky baits, to have a complete set at the waterside.
