ZMAN NedlockZ HD weighted jigheads are designed for finesse Ned Rig rigs. They combine a mushroom-shaped head, engineered to help keep the bait presented vertically on the bottom, with a secure holding system that keeps soft plastics in place during casts and retrieves.
The classic mushroom head shape used for Ned Rig setups is optimized to keep the bait properly positioned on the bottom. This geometry helps deliver a stable presentation, ideal for finesse fishing where bait balance makes the difference.
Each jighead is fitted with a Mustad UltraPoint hook in a heavy-wire version, described as extremely strong and built to withstand hard fights. Depending on the version, the hook comes in size 1 or 2.
The slotted lure keeper is designed to hold soft plastics firmly in place, even during casts or active retrieves, helping reduce slippage and keep the rig neat for longer.
