Version: 7" / 18 cm
The ZMAN Scented Jerk ShadZ is a soft split-tail jerkbait, infused with salt and enhanced with Pro-Cure Super Gel natural attractant. It is designed to mimic the movement of an injured baitfish and to withstand repeated strikes, including in brackish or saltwater, thanks to its 10X Tough ElaZtech material.
Its shad/jerk profile and split tail promote a realistic swimming action, especially with twitch-style retrieves or drifting presentations. The Pro-Cure Super Gel attractant and salt are built into the lure to support the presentation during both active and slower fishing styles.
The Scented Jerk ShadZ can be rigged weightless for a slow, wavering fall, or on a jighead for a more aggressive retrieve while drifting or working near the bottom. It is also said to be compatible with several rigs: Texas rig, dropshot and shakedown.
Versatile, it can be used in freshwater (perch, bass, zander, pike) and in saltwater or coastal waters. Length of this version: 7" / 18 cm.
Can it be used in saltwater?
Yes, it is designed for use in saltwater and coastal waters, as well as brackish water.
Which rig should you choose between weightless and jighead?
A weightless rig is ideal for a slow, wavering fall, while a jighead is suited to a more aggressive retrieve while drifting or bottom fishing.
