The ZMAN ChatterShad is a soft lure designed as a dedicated trailer for ChatterBait and other bladed jigs. Its baitfish profile, segmented body, and very fine fan tail are designed to amplify blade vibration and trigger a trembling swim action, especially for perch, zander, and pike.

A trailer designed for bladed jigs

The ChatterShad is developed to pair with ChatterBait. This version measures 4.5" / 11 cm. Match the trailer to the size of your chatterbait.

Vibration and water displacement

The diamond-shaped section, combined with V-shaped edges on the tail, is designed to increase water displacement and strengthen vibration. The thin ribbon fan tail adds strong movement to the action.

ElaZtech material and rigging options

Made from ElaZtech 10X Tough, the ChatterShad is advertised as floating and ultra-durable. Dorsal and ventral slits make it easier to rig Texas-style / weedless when conditions require it.
