Chatterbait ZMAN Micro - 3.5 g

The ZMAN Chatterbait Micro is an ultra-light chatterbait designed for finesse fishing in freshwater. Despite its compact size, it retains the strong vibration and erratic action that define the Chatterbait concept, combining the flash of a spinner, the vibration of a crankbait, and the bottom-hugging stability of a jig. It is suited to situations where predatory fish are wary, as well as opportunistic fish targeting small baitfish.

Vibration and Retrieve Performance

Its forged ChatterBlade, cut from stainless steel and shaped in a hexagon, generates powerful vibration and acts as a weed guard. The "chatter + vibration + flash" action remains highly responsive, even on a slow retrieve, making it effective in clear water or when fish have seen pressure.

Rigging and Lure Components

• 2/0 hook razor-sharp and mounted on a jig head for reliable hooksets.
• EZ Skirt silicone skirt pre-rigged.
• Option to add a soft plastic trailer depending on your fishing strategy.

Recommended Setups and Techniques

This finesse setup is suitable for UL or BFS rigs, as well as lighter approaches. This format is presented as especially interesting for small predatory fish, including perch.
